• Shipping times are estimates and vary by destination. They are not guaranteed.
• We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or local postal services.
• Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and are non-refundable.
• International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the sole responsibility of the customer.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping addresses. We are not liable for packages lost due to incorrect address information.

6. Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your FENCE purchase. Our return policy is designed to be simple and fair.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@shopfence.co with photos of the issue. We will:

• Provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you
• Send a replacement item or issue a full refund
• Cover all return shipping costs for defective items

Size Exchanges

Need a different size? We offer size exchanges within 14 days of delivery:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached
• Customer is responsible for return shipping costs
• We will ship the new size at no additional charge once we receive the return
• Exchanges are subject to stock availability

How to Request a Return or Exchange

1. Email us at info@shopfence.co within 14 days of delivery
2. Include your order number and reason (defect or size exchange)
3. For defects, attach photos of the issue
4. We will provide return instructions within 24 hours

Important Notes

• All sales are final after 14 days from delivery
• Items must be unworn and in original condition with tags
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the return
• For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel cannot be returned unless defective
